Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and promptly tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate access to your workspace members.

Workspace owners control business information and team access. You must have authority to submit the business information, product details, images, documents, contact details, and customer information that you add. Do not upload information you are not permitted to share.

Some OneThread features are in early access and may change. The current app can store and organize workspace, business profile, catalog, and setup-request information. WhatsApp onboarding requires the business administrator to authorize access in Meta and complete any number or business verification Meta requires. Messaging features remain restricted during validation and are available only where explicitly enabled. Meta catalog publication, billing or credits, and production AI automation are not currently enabled. We will present applicable feature terms and prices before making a paid feature available.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or platform for operational, security, or business reasons. We will give notice where required by law.

Use OneThread lawfully and only for your business purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its security or operation, violate another person's rights, or use it to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the rules of any connected provider, including Meta and WhatsApp, when you connect or use their services. A connection request does not guarantee provider approval or availability. Obtain the required recipient consent before sending messages, honor opt-out requests, and follow WhatsApp messaging and commerce policies. OneThread credits, if later offered, pay for OneThread services; Meta bills WhatsApp message charges separately unless a different billing arrangement is explicitly agreed.

You retain rights to content you submit. You give DG Creations permission to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to provide and secure OneThread and the features you choose. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that use.

Third-party services, including Meta, are governed by their own terms and policies. DG Creations does not control those services or promise their availability. Disconnecting an integration may affect related features.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how to make a privacy or deletion request. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or third parties, or to comply with law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OneThread is provided on an early-access and availability basis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
