How to make a request

Email dgprintersneyveli@gmail.com to request deletion. Include “OneThread data deletion request,” the email address used for the account, and the workspace name if relevant. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or extra sensitive information.

We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account or contact details. We will review the request, delete or de-identify information that we can identify and are not required to retain, and explain if any information must be kept for legal, security, or record-keeping reasons. The platform does not currently provide self-service account deletion.

Workspace and business information

A workspace owner may request deletion of workspace business profiles, products or services, uploaded files, settings, and related workspace records. Because team members may share workspace information, we may verify the requester's authority and notify or coordinate with the workspace owner before deleting shared data. Account deletion may affect access to every workspace associated with that account.

Meta and other connected services

If you connected a Meta or WhatsApp business asset, identify the relevant workspace and connection in your request. Disconnecting a connection or deleting information from OneThread does not itself delete information held by Meta or another provider. Use that provider's own deletion controls when needed. You can also remove OneThread access using Meta Business Integrations or the relevant business portfolio access controls. Removing access stops future authorized API use but does not itself erase information already held in OneThread. We will delete OneThread-held connection data and delegated credentials as applicable to a verified deletion request, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
